Using a glaze-printing method developed during her MA at the RCA, Helena Lacy
layers and reinterprets classical blue and white porcelain imagery questioning how visual
histories are shaped, altered, and retold through form and material. The work reflects her
interest in overlooked narratives and how memory and place are embedded in all objects.
Through distortion, repetition, and fluid movement, the series invites reflection on the
instability of memory and the quiet power of material storytelling.
