Dean’s soft sculpture project ‘Bears Who Care’, was born from a desire to foster connection and express emotions in an isolated world. He gives new life to hand-me-down soft toys by inverting them, attacking them and stuffing them with love. His sentimental creative process is vulnerable and child-like, forming a spirit-like personality with each piece.
