Sarabande Duo Creates Masks for Alexander McQueen's AW25 Show

Matthew Empringham and Frederic Coomes, Sarabande residents and founders of Aletta, created intricately detailed sculptural masks for Alexander McQueen's AW25 show in Paris.
The Crystalline masks were embroidered with Victorian naturalistic motifs. Glass stones, bullion and metal beaded carnations, pansies, moths and feathers.

The ornate embroidery on these masks elegantly complimented the collection and showcased nature's fragility and resilience.

A huge congratulations to Matthew and Freddy on this beautiful collaboration.
