Lahcine’s work explores a playful visual vocabulary, blending bright colours and cartoon-like imagery with a dark, melancholic undertone. Through painting, drawing, and sculpture, he weaves together religious and mythological references, with narratives consistently drawing connections between the movements of the subconscious and the fabric of everyday life.
