Blythe Cheung


Blythe Cheung's work engages across a spectrum of disciplines, Blythe’s work draws attention to the unnoticed organic populations that support us. Her practice aims to platform these threatened and fragile eco-systems. For the Slade graduate show, Blythe worked through a combination of sculptures, photographic prints, field recordings, and critical writing, the installation invites viewers to confront the currents of the Anthropocene. The various caring practices and processes employed aim to evoke a sense of collective healing and solidarity as we grapple with the loss and damage resulting from the climate crisis.
