Anna Howard

Anna’s practice intertwines personal narratives with broader cultural and social observations. She employs presentation techniques to explore the transient nature of aesthetic preferences. Rather than dismissing surface appearances as superficial, she perceives them as sites for constructing meaning. Working across image and sculpture, incorporating found and readymade material she questions class and hierarchies of taste.

Anna is currently completing her MA in Fine Art Sculpture at The Slade School of Fine Art as a Sarabande Scholar.
