Nature transformed into a precious piece of adornment - Sarabande alumni and BOUND artist Christopher Thompson-Royds gives the Midas touch to overlooked and rare flora. Crafting necklaces, earrings and brooches influenced by their strength and beauty, Christopher's approach to jewellery enables an eternalisation and celebration of all things nature, elevating the easily bypassed white clove or daisy into a finely crafted piece.

Existing between art and jewellery, Christopher's creations exist as sculptures that can be plucked into a piece of jewellery, mimicking our preliminary interactions of jewellery through daisy chains and flower crowns.

Through his distinctive approach, Christopher has become an artist and jeweller of international renown, exhibiting in the Victoria & Albert Museum; UK, CODA Museum; NL, Schmuckmuseum; DE, National Museum Zurich; CH, and Museum of Fine Art Houston; US, Rotasa Collection Trust; US.
