Covering the entire process from initial product concept to sales, merchandising is about ensuring you deliver the right product to the right market at the right time.
Building on last month’s session, ‘The Critical Path’, this session will unpack all the details you need to track and consider to align your design vision with your financial goals. Led by expert Petra Kovacs, Chief Product Officer at Nanushka, you will learn how to position your product in a way that makes sense for your business and audience.
Petra Kovacs has extensive expertise in developing strategies that drive operational efficiency and profitability for top global brands. Formerly Global Head of Planning at TOTEME, she has also held key roles at Puma, Swarovski and Burberry.
