Emanuel Dawit is the Sarabande BA Fashion Design Scholar for 2025/26. His work explores the formation of adolescent identities in cities, articulating the realities of navigating manifold pressures. He is interested in the emergence of a unique cosmopolitan style formed through cultural clashes, necessity, and adaptation - using these references to interrogate traditions of cut and silhouette.
