Sarabande taxidermy artist Harriet Horton joined forces with the award-winning chef Jackson Boxer for a truly unique evening at Fortnum & Mason’s 'The Wine Bar'. With a focus on crustaceans, Harriet exhibited her works while guests enjoyed a dinner designed by Boxer and inspired by Horton’s creations.
