Art Series | How to get Representation In the Art World

What kind of space is best for your work; how are meaningful relationships formed between galleries and artists, and how can you successfully represent yourself?

As part of our first Art Series for 2018, we welcome a dynamic panel discussion dissecting the complex topic of representation in art. We’ll be joined by some of the art worlds most established figures including co-publisher of Frieze and co-director of Frieze Art Fair Matthew Slotover, Leopold Thun of Emalin Gallery and independent curator, Antonia Marsh.

Our expert panel will be discussing the ways in which artists can starts conversations with galleries regarding representation, as well as exploring the subject of self-representation and looking at how to successfully market yourself.
