Anna Nicolo
She works across editorial illustration, murals and site specific installations in the public realm.
Her work is influenced by her background in graphic design, often combining hand drawn elements and bold graphics to create work that’s playful and joyful.
Working closely with communities, she has created several site specific installations for the Mayor of London and Haringey Council, such as: the Bruce Grove Bridge Wall Mosaic and the Wood Green Library mural, recently shortlisted for the WIA 2023.
In 2021 she was commissioned by St. Modwen to create a temporary installation for their site in Nine Elms, alongside the pathway that runs through New Covent Garden Market and in 2020 she was shortlisted for the New Covent Garden Vitrine Art Commission.
