Digital and Marketing Assistant at Sarabande

The Sarabande team is seeking a Digital and Marketing assistant with a proactive attitude and strong skills in creative design, photography, videography and post-production. Working within a small, passionate team and reporting to the Head of Digital, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, imaginative and confident in using their digital expertise to help produce outstanding content, while also ensuring smooth organisation across both sites.

This role sits within a forward-thinking, fast-moving organisation. The successful applicant will work across both sites and support initiatives for the Foundation and its concept gallery, House of Bandits, collaborating with top-tier partners worldwide. They will be responsible for the high-quality delivery of a variety of creative projects, commercial activities, partnerships and events.

Strong communication and written skills and a passion for creativity are essential, along with the ability to take initiative and act as a dependable support. Comfort working under pressure, enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet multiple deadlines are key.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital, design, or creative roles, ideally within a creatively led company.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Strong photography and videography skills, including editing and post-production.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Desirable Skills & Attributes:

• Social media strategy and content management experience (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Understanding of contemporary art, fashion, and cultural trends.

• Motion graphics, animation, or web design experience.

• A keen eye for visual storytelling and brand cohesion.

• Experience supporting creatives / art directors.

• Enthusiasm for learning and growing into a creative leadership role.

Salary: DOE (depending on experience)
